让停车更便捷，深圳市顺易通信息科技有限公司为您提供停车相关的服务和产品。我们深知个人信息对您的重要性，为此始终致力于采取技术措施和其他必要措施以确保您的信息安全。因此，我们将遵守相关法律法规的规定进行个人信息的收集、使用、储存、披露和保护，并制定如下《捷停车用户隐私政策》（下称“本政策”）来帮助您了解如下内容：

本政策旨在帮助您了解我们会收集哪些数据、为什么收集这些收据、会利用这些数据做什么以及我们如何保护这些数据。了解这些内容，对于您行使个人权利及保护您的个人信息至关重要，请您在使用捷停车产品或服务前务必抽出时间认真阅读本政策，特别要重点阅读和充分理解我们以粗体或下划线标识的条款。当您使用服务，或在本政策更新后继续使用服务时，即视为您已经阅读、理解和接受本政策及其不时更新的版本。请注意，您可以通过产品中的设置功能或控制项对您的信息进行动态管理。

需要特别说明的是：本政策不适用于其他第三方向您提供的服务，当您通过捷停车使用第三方产品或接受服务时，您的信息将适用该第三方的隐私条款。我们会尽力要求第三方服务提供商为您的个人信息提供足够的安全保护水平并且会在具体产品页面明确告诉您当前服务由特定第三方提供，同时强烈建议您在使用上述第三方服务前先行了解、确认服务提供方的隐私政策。另外，本政策不受您所属国家或地区的排斥，如您所属国家或地区排斥本政策中的全部或部分内容，请您立即停止使用服务。

本政策将帮助您了解以下内容：

（一）捷停车各类型用户所能享受的服务

1. 非注册用户

（1）捷停车智慧停车（即通过捷停车配套设备及系统自动识别车辆、计算停车费、入场及出场结算后的车辆自动放行）；

（2）线下扫码支付及H5/小程序输入车牌的电子支付服务；

（3）查看/查找附近车场；

（4）反向寻车服务（如我们合作的车场支持）；

（5）车主商城的查询、搜索、充电站查询（以实际提供为准）；

（6）捷停车平台内的第三方经营者提供的服务，如加油、洗车、充电桩（以实际提供为准）；

（7）停车服务交易信息（含支付订单信息）；

（8）位置信息（可选项，如您不提供，将无法显示当前位置对应附近车场的功能）。

2. 注册但未绑定车牌的用户

除了提供非注册用户对应的主要服务外，还提供：

（1）个人信息设置/修改/清除服务；

（2）默认开启信息推送服务（若需关闭可进入个人中心——我的车辆——右上角三个点处进行消息设置）；

（3）捷停车平台内的第三方经营者提供的洗车服务（以实际提供为准）；

（4）近3个月的账单查询服务（部分信息可见，如停车场名称进行半脱敏处理）；

（5）车主商城的产品购买，积分商城兑换服务（以实际提供为准）。

（6）捷停车会员、积分服务提供的部分权益（具体以实际提供为准）；

3. 注册且绑定车牌（未关注未认证的用户）

除了提供上述两类用户对应的主要服务外，还提供：

（1）后续缴费无需再输车牌的服务；

（2）免密支付服务（即绑定车牌的车辆在我们合作的停车场出入口畅行无阻，出场时自动采用免密支付）；

（3）车位长租（月卡、租车位）服务；

（4）线上开通电子发票服务（以合作车场实际提供为准）。

4. 注册且绑定车牌（已关注未认证的用户）

绑定车辆的账号同时关注登录了微信公众号/微信小程序/支付宝生活号/支付宝小程序/APP任一平台的用户，除了提供上述三类用户对应的主要服务外，还提供：

（1）停车服务信息消息提醒（包括车辆进出场通知、支付成功通知及其他服务提醒通知，且为了保护您的隐私，若当前还未认证，消息中的进出场精确时间和车场名称会进行模糊显示，认证后可根据自身需求设置消息的展示情况）

5. 注册且绑定车牌（已关注已认证的用户）

除了提供上述四类用户对应的主要服务外，还提供：

（1）场内锁车服务（如我们合作的车场支持）；

（2）自定义全脱敏设置（全脱敏后所有车场名称为：捷停车智慧停车场）。

（二）我们收集您的哪些个人信息以及对这些信息的使用方式

当您使用捷停车服务时，我们会以下列方式收集和使用您的个人信息：

1. 捷停车服务功能分为核心业务功能、附加业务功能和第三方提供的服务功能。

（1）我们的核心业务功能包括：智慧停车服务，当车辆进出停车场时，捷停车系统自动识别车牌号、记录停车时长、计算停车费用，同时提供线上电子支付方式，从而帮车主实现自动化停车的一站式服务。

（2）我们的附加业务功能包括：查看/查找附近车场、接收进出场通知、租车位、预约停车、线上月卡续费、线上开通电子发票、消费享停车费打折服务、反向寻车服务、无感支付、信用分支付、内容资讯服务、捷停车会员服务、停车券售卖、本地生活服务、具体以合作车场实际提供为准。

（3）第三方提供的服务功能包括：车主商城、充电桩充电、道路救援、信用卡开通、加油充电、洗车养护、代驾代泊、金融服务、天气限行、违章提醒、话费充值、欠费补缴具体以合作的第三方实际提供为准。

2. 您直接提供和我们主动收集的信息

（1）智慧停车服务必要信息：当您使用捷停车智慧停车服务时（即核心业务功能），我们会收集您的车辆信息（如车牌号码、车型）、车辆出入场记录、停车场名称、停车费支付方式、支付金额停车服务交易信息。如您拒绝提供，将无法正常使用捷停车提供的所有服务。

（2）位置信息及设备信息：当您开启设备定位功能并使用我们提供的基于位置的服务时（如查看/查找附近车场、反向寻车、附近车位信息服务），我们需要收集和处理您的设备信息（即设备信息、设备型号、操作系统和应用程序版本、设备配置、分辨率、服务提供商网络ID（PLMN））、设备连接信息以及设备状态信息、位置信息、行踪轨迹、网络身份标识信息。为向您提供更便捷、更优质、个性化的商品及服务，提升您的使用体验，我们会基于如下必要的信息向您提供商品或服务的个性化推荐和展示：包括您在访问或使用捷停车网站或客户端时的服务日志，包括浏览记录、点击查看记录、搜索查询记录、交易、售后、关注分享信息、发布信息、IP地址、电信运营商、使用语言、访问日期和时间、车辆车牌号、车型、车辆出入场记录、停车场名称、停车费支付方式、支付金额、停车服务交易信息、您的设备信息，包括设备型号、操作系统版本、设备设置、MAC地址及IMEI、IDFA、OAID、IMSI、Android id设备标识符、设备环境、移动应用列表软硬件特征信息；设备所在位置相关信息（包括您授权的GPS位置以及WLAN接入点、蓝牙和基站传感器信息）、第三方合作伙伴服务时所产生或分享的信息。我们会基于以上信息提取您的偏好特征，并向您推荐您可能感兴趣的商品、服务或其他信息。我们将为您提供广告投放、营销、福利活动推送、专属产品设计客户运营服务，以便为您展示、推送更适合您的定制化信息、商品、服务。若不同意，您可以通过设备系统授权关闭定位服务或者系统权限限制捷停车对您的位置信息的收集，但您可能无法获得相关附加服务或使用某些功能，基于根据位置查询用户停车费、室外导航、室内导航、找车场业务必要场景，当APP切换为后台运行时，也会定时调用SDK位置（粗略位置和精确位置）更新服务，保障业务的正常运行。

（3）日志信息：当您使用捷停车提供的服务时（如查看/查找附近车场、反向寻车）我们的服务器会自动记录您的行为日志信息，包括您输入的搜索关键词信息和点击的页面位置、发布的报错信息、反馈和评论信息、上传的的图片信息、IP地址。我们会基于前述信息以及您的偏好、习惯、位置作特征分析用户画像，为您提供更合适您的定制化服务，例如向您展现或推荐相关程度更高（而非普通推送）的搜索结果、信息流或者广告/推广信息结果。如果您不想看我们为您推荐的商品或服务信息，您可以通过捷停车APP-左上角头像-设置-智能推荐，点击“智能推荐”关闭个性化推荐，帮助您实现对推荐内容的控制及自主决策。

（4）账号注册及登录：当您注册及登录时，如您使用一键登录的功能，基于我们与通信运营商的合作，我们会收集您的【手机号码和手机运营商信息】，以便为您提供快捷登录的服务。在微信或支付宝的平台上，若您不注册捷停车账号并不影响您使用捷停车的核心业务功能，但可能会影响您使用附加业务功能（特别说明：因平台要求，使用APP缴费必须注册捷停车账号）。我们在设置页，“我的信息”设有个人信息填写项，包括昵称、手机号、性别、生日和地区。在您注册登录时，捷停车将收集您的手机号用于作为您在捷停车平台的唯一标识。昵称、性别、生日和地区是由您主动填写，用于向您提供更便捷、更优质、个性化的商品及服务，提升您的使用体验。

(5) 用户认证：当您在捷停车认证车辆时，我们需要您上传自己的行驶证、身份证进行车辆信息确认，行驶证、身份证作为捷停车识别您的车牌的唯一标识。认证车辆后可进一步保护您的车辆信息，防止他人绑定您的车辆；可看到完整的车场名称、可开启“隐私保护”功能，自定义隐藏您的停车信息；

（6）基于相机/摄像头：您可在开启相机/摄像头权限后使用该功能进行扫码用于支付停车费、认证车牌、参与活动领取优惠、反馈使用感受、分享车场相关内容，请您知晓，即使您已同意开启相机/摄像头权限，我们也仅会在您主动拍摄、录制、扫码使用相机/摄像头时获取信息。

（7）基于相册（图片库/视频库）的图片/视频访问及上传的附加服务：您可在开启相册权限后使用该功能上传您的照片/图片/视频，以实现更换头像、发表评论/分享或与客服沟通提供证明功能。我们可能会通过您所上传的照片/图片来识别您的车辆信息（例：车架号、车牌号）、需要支付购买的商品及服务内容。

（8）基于拨打电话服务：您可以通过手机客户端的“客服电话”功能与捷停车客服团队渠道联系，反馈您的意见或投诉。

（9）基于“我的车辆”业务：用户在使用捷停车消息服务、订单查询时，捷停车将对信息中的车场名称信息，车牌号进行脱敏处理。如用户需要查看完整信息，因停车场名称、订单、消息推送时间的组合，会形成用户大致活动轨迹，存在隐私泄漏风险。因此要求用户在查看相关信息时，需要认证身份。用户所提供的发动机编号、车架号、车主姓名、品牌型号，捷停车不会保留，仅在当次收集后，到车管所进行违章查询，通过查询结果，判断用户与车辆的人车关系。

（10）基于电子发票业务：收集企业名称、税号、开户行名称及账号、电话、地址以及收票人电子邮箱和手机号码是为了更加便捷的开具发票、保障车主能准确且及时的接收开票信息、方便车主下次开票调用，顺易通未强制车主填写，不填写也可以每次开发票填写一次开票信息，进行开票，一切以消费者自行选择，不存在违规收集企业信息；针对历史开票，车主在顺易通平台申请开票，是详有知情权，哪些发票已开具，哪些未开具，都是基于在顺易通发票的订单开票进行保存，方便车主随时查阅，顺易通并未从其他平台获取车主的开票信息；

（11）基于车位共享服务：收集产权车位产权人姓名、手机号、身份证、车位产权证明/购买凭证，用以判断车位是否归属于产权人；收集身份证信息、身份证照片，判断个人信息是否有效、属实；收集银行卡账号信息，用以在顺易通清分结算系统进行车位共享业务分润；

（12）其他信息：当您有客诉反馈或参加我们举办的活动时所提交的信息，例如：客服与售后服务时，您有可能会在与我们的客服人员沟通时，提供注册信息外的其他信息；如当您进行客诉意见反馈时，为保证您的帐号安全及核验您反馈的情况是否属实时，我们会要求您提供账号信息、车牌号以及发生客诉情况的车场名称用于核验您的身份。当您参加我们举办的活动时，您可能需要提供部分个人信息，若您不参加相关运营活动则无需提供前述信息。

（13）以上您直接提供和我们主动收集的信息，授权我司向包括但不限于第三方支付/征信/金融机构或电信运营商及其代理商、关联公司，公安部身份信息查询中心等了解、获取、核实、处理您的个人信息，如互联网日志、位置数据、通讯数据、移动终端设备数据、缴费数据，及其他无法识别您个人身份特征的信息，如性别、兴趣，对您的行为偏好、习惯等特征进行分析。

3. 您使用第三方服务时我们间接收集的信息

（1）我们可能会获得您在使用第三方合作伙伴服务时所产生或分享的信息。例如，您在使用捷停车账户登录第三方合作伙伴服务（查违章、洗车保养、查欠费）时，我们会获得您登录第三方合作伙伴服务的名称、登录时间、方便您进行授权管理。

（2）我们可能从第三方获取您授权共享的账户信息（头像、昵称、账号），并在您同意本政策后将您的第三方账户与您的捷停车账户绑定或关联，使您可以通过第三方账户直接登陆并使用我们的产品或服务。我们会将依据与第三方的约定、对个人信息来源的合法性进行确认后，在符合相关法律和法规规定的前提下，使用您的这些个人信息。

4. 我们如何使用您的个人信息

（1）产品开发和服务优化。为了提供个性化内容及改进服务质量目的而获得的您的个人信息、对于从您的各种设备上收集到的信息，我们可能会将它们进行关联，以便我们能在这些设备上为您提供一致的服务。

（2）为保障交易安全所必须的功能。为提高我们产品或服务系统的安全性，防钓鱼网站欺诈和保护账号安全，我们可能会通过了解并分析您的浏览信息、订单信息、您常用的软件信息、设备信息判断您的账号风险，并可能会记录一些我们认为有风险的连接（“URL”），排查可能存在的风险。

（3）数据分析和商业化，通过收集您的历史动态信息、对用户数据库进行数据分析，我们可能会向您推荐您可能感兴趣的广告、资讯，如您不感兴趣可通过设置关闭推荐。

（4）评估、改善我们的广告投放和其他促销及推广活动的效果。我们可能收集您对广告投放和其他促销及推广活动的反馈信息，并根据您的反馈，帮助我们重新审视、评估并进行改善广告投放和其他促销及推广活动。

（5）软件管理。例如，进行软件认证、软件升级。

（6）邀请您参与有关我们服务的调查。我们可能收集您对广告投放和其他促销及推广活动的反馈信息，并根据您的反馈，帮助我们重新审视、评估并进行改善广告投放和其他促销及推广活动。

（7）开展数据分析和研究。根据所适用的法律，为了更好地为您提供定制化服务，我们将会与关联公司、合作伙伴等第三方对您的个人信息通过技术措施或其他必要措施进行脱敏、去标识化、匿名化等处理，并将处理后的数据与第三方机构（包括但不限于珈亚信息科技(深圳)有限公司或其他有能力的算法服务商等）进行用户标签补齐、数据分析研究、数据建模、算法研究训练以及相关的商业化使用，为商业化决策提供产品或服务支撑。

5. 具体使用规则

（1）我们会根据本隐私政策的约定并为实现我们的产品或服务功能对所收集的个人信息进行合理使用。

（2）在收集您的个人信息后，尤其是个人敏感信息，我们将采用加密安全措施予以保护，或通过技术手段对信息进行去标识化处理，去标识化处理的信息将无法识别主体。请您了解并同意，在此情况下我们有权使用已经去标识化的信息；并在不透露您个人信息的前提下，我们有权对用户数据库进行分析并予以商业化的利用。

（3）请您注意，您在使用我们的产品或服务时所提供的所有个人信息，除非您删除或通过系统设置拒绝我们收集，否则将在您使用我们的产品或服务期间持续授权我们使用。在您注销账号时，我们将停止使用并按照法律规定删除/匿名化处理您的个人信息。

（4）我们会对我们的产品或服务使用情况进行统计，并可能会与公众号或第三方共享这些统计信息以展示我们的产品或服务的整体使用趋势。但这些统计信息不包含您的任何身份识别信息。

（5）当我们展示您的个人信息时，我们会采用包括内容替换、匿名处理方式对您的信息进行脱敏，以保护您的信息安全。

（6）为了让您有更好的体验、改善我们的服务或经您同意的其他用途，在符合相关法律法规的前提下，我们可能将通过某些服务所收集的信息用于我们的其他服务。例如，将您在使用我们某项服务时的信息，用于另一项服务中向您展示个性化的内容或广告、用于用户研究分析与统计服务。

（7）为了确保服务安全，帮助我们更好地了解系统的运营情况，我们可能记录相关信息。例如，您使用系统的频率、故障信息、总体使用情况、性能数据以及系统的来源。我们不会将我们存储在分析软件中的信息与您在系统中提供的个人身份信息相结合。

（8）当我们要将您的个人信息用于本隐私政策未载明的其他用途时，或基于特定目的收集而来的信息用于其他目的时，会征求您的明示同意。

6. 征得授权同意的例外

您充分知晓以下情形中我们收集、使用个人信息无需征得您的授权同意：

（1）与国家安全、国防安全直接相关的；

（2）与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益直接相关的；

（3）与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行直接相关的；

（4）出于维护个人信息主体或其他个人生命、财产重大合法权益但又很难得到本人同意的；

（5）所收集的个人信息是个人信息主体自行向社会公众公开的；

（6）从合法披露的信息中收集个人信息的，如合法的新闻报道、政府信息公开渠道；

（7）根据个人信息主体要求签订和履行合同所必需的；

（8）用于维护所提供的产品或服务的安全稳定运营所必需的，例如发现、处置产品或服务的故障；

（9）为合法的新闻报道所必需的；

（10）为学术研究机构，处于公共利益开展统计或学术研究所必要，且对外提供学术研究或描述的结果时，对结果中所包含的个人信息进行去标识化处理的；

（11）法律法规规定的其他情形。

（三）我们如何使用Cookie和同类技术

1. Cookies的使用

（1）为实现您联机体验的个性化需求，使您获得更轻松的访问体验。我们会在您的计算机或移动设备上发送一个或多个名为Cookies的小数据文件，指定给您的Cookies是唯一的，它只能被Cookies发布给您的域中的Web服务器读取。我们向您发送Cookies是为了简化您重复登录的步骤、存储您的购物偏好或您购物车中的商品数据进而为您提供购物的偏好设置、帮助您优化对广告的选择与互动、帮助判断您的登录状态以及账户或数据安全。

（2）我们不会将Cookies用于本隐私政策所述目的之外的任何用途。您可根据自己的偏好管理或删除Cookies。您可以清除计算机上保存的所有Cookies，大部分网络浏览器会自动接受Cookies，但您通常可根据自己的需求来修改浏览器的设置以拒绝Cookies；另外，您也可以清除软件内保存的所有Cookies。但如果您这么做，您可能需要在每一次访问捷停车网站时，亲自更改用户设置，而且您之前所记录的相应信息也均会被删除，并且可能会对您所使用服务的安全性有一定影响。

2. 网络Beacon和同类技术的使用

（1）除Cookies外，我们还会在网站上使用网络Beacon其他同类技术。我们的网页上常会包含一些电子图像（称为“单像素”GIF文件或“网络beacon”）。我们使用网络beacon的方式有：

（2）通过在捷停车平台或网站上使用网络beacon，计算用户访问数，并通过访问Cookies辨认注册的捷停车用户。

（3）通过得到的Cookies信息，为您提供个性化服务。

（四）我们如何共享、转让、公开披露您的个人信息

1. 共享：我们不会与捷停车以外的任何公司、组织和个人共享您的个人信息，但以下情况除外：

（1）事先获得您明确的同意或授权；

（2）现行法律、法律程序的要求、或者行政机构/司法依法提出的共享；

（3）我们可能会将您的个人信息与我们的关联方共享。为便于我们基于关联账号共同向您提供服务，推荐您可能感兴趣的信息或保护关联方或其他用户或公众的人身财产安全免遭侵害原因，您的个人信息可能会与我们的关联方共享。我们只会共享必要的个人信息，如果我们改变个人信息的使用及处理目的，将再次征求您的授权同意。对我们与之共享个人信息的公司、组织和个人，我们会与其签署严格的保密协定，要求他们按照我们的说明、本隐私政策及其他任何相关的保密和安全措施来处理个人信息。

（4）如果您通过捷停车平台参加第三方举办或者捷停车与第三方联合举办的营销、推广活动，捷停车需要与第三方共享您的姓名、手机号码、收货地址、银行卡号或者其他必要的信息，以方便第三方统计活动参与情况、获奖情况，为您绑定您获取的优惠券、发放权益、邮寄您获取的奖品。

（5）与我们关联公司、授权合作伙伴共享：我们向您提供的产品和服务由我们的关联公司、授权合作伙伴提供或由我们与关联公司、授权合作伙伴共同提供。同时您的个人信息可能会与我们关联公司、授权合作伙伴（如现有授权合作伙伴为珈亚信息科技（深圳）有限公司）共享。我们只会共享必要的个人信息，且受本隐私协议中所声明目的的约束。关联公司如要改变个人信息的处理目的，将再次征求您的授权同意。

（6）与捷停车的授权合作伙伴共享：我们已接入相关合作伙伴的SDK与服务，会与合作伙伴共享您的某些个人信息，以提供更好的客户服务和用户体验。我们仅会出于合法、正当、必要、特定、明确的目的共享您的个人信息，并且只会共享提供服务所必要的个人信息。我们的合作伙伴无权将共享的个人信息用于与产品或服务无关的其他用途。我们的合作伙伴目前包括以下类型：

A. 技术服务的供应商。我们可能会将您的个人信息共享给支持产品/服务功能的第三方，这些支持包括为我们提供基础设计技术服务、支付服务、数据处理，如我们需要将您的支付金额与第三方支付机构共享以实现其确认支付指令并完成支付。第三方供应商只能接触履行其职能所必要接触的信息，我们将通过相关合作协议明确其接触使用个人信息的范围、目的，禁止其用于其它目的。

B. 服务平台或服务提供商。捷停车接入了丰富的第三方服务。当您选择使用该第三方服务时，您授权我们将您的个人信息提供给第三方服务平台或服务提供商，以便其基于相关信息为您提供服务。第三方服务商只能接触因提供相关服务之必要的信息，我们将通过相关合作协议明确其接触使用个人信息的范围、目的，禁止其用于其它目的。

C. 广告服务类的合作方除非得到您的许可。否则我们不会将您的个人身份信息（指可以识别您身份的信息，例如姓名或手机号）与提供广告的合作伙伴分享。对于广告合作伙伴，我们可能会向其提供有关其广告覆盖面和有效性的信息，而不会提供您的个人身份信息，或者我们将这些信息进行匿名化处理，以便它不会识别到您个人。这类合作伙伴可能将上述信息与他们合法获取的其他数据相结合，以进行广告或决策建议。

D. 支付，我们会与支付宝、微信、银联、农行支付、建行支付合作方共享网络状态、手机状态来保证支付功能的正常运转。

E. 高德地图，提供地图定位，车场位置标记，POI点搜索涉及位置相关的服务，用于搜索附近车场。

F. 个推、小米、华为消息服务，消息推送，提供用户消息通知、推送。

G. 友盟，提供用户数据、事件点击触发相关的统计行为。

H. 对于我们与之进行个人信息共享的任何第三方，我们将在与签署的合作协议、保密协议中明确约定其应当按照我们的隐私政策、数据安全管理要求、行业相关安全标准、国家相关法律法规的要求采取相应的安全管理措施和技术措施，确保个人信息的安全。同时我们将明确第三方使用个人信息的目的、范围，严格禁止其将个人信息用于超越业务必要、提供相关服务之必要或您明确授权的范围。

（7）我们可能会将收集到的信息用于大数据分析。例如，我们将收集到的信息用于分析形成不包含任何个人信息的城市热力图或行业洞察报告。我们可能对外公开并与我们的合作伙伴分享经统计加工后不含身份识别内容的信息，用于了解用户如何使用我们服务或让公众了解我们服务的总体使用趋势。

（8）为保障捷停车相关功能的实现与应用安全稳定的运行，我们可能会接入由合作方提供的软件开发包（SDK）、应用程序接口（API）、应用程序插件代码或通过其他合作方式，以实现相关目的。

（五）我们如何保护和保存您的个人信息

1. 我们会采用符合业界标准的安全防护措施，包括建立合理的制度规范、安全技术来防止您的个人信息遭到未经授权的访问使用、修改，避免数据的损坏或丢失。

2. 捷停车的网络服务采取了传输层安全协议加密技术，通过https方式提供浏览服务，确保用户数据在传输过程中的安全。捷停车采取加密技术对用户个人信息进行加密保存，并通过隔离技术进行隔离。在个人信息使用时，例如个人信息展示、个人信息关联计算，我们会采用包括内容替换、 SHA256在内多种数据脱敏技术增强个人信息在使用中安全性。

3. 捷停车采用严格的数据访问权限控制、多重身份认证、数据分类分级技术、规范数据安全开发保护个人信息，避免数据被违规使用。

4. 捷停车还将采用代码安全自动检查、数据访问日志分析技术进行个人信息安全审计。

9. 个人信息的保存

（1）您的个人信息将全被存储于中华人民共和国境内。如果日后为处理跨境业务，需要向境外机构传输境内收集的相关个人信息的，我们会事先征得您的同意，并要求境外机构为所获得的个人信息保密。

（2）在您使用我们的产品或服务期间，您的个人信息将在为了实现本政策所述目的之期限内保存，同时将结合法律法规有强制留存期限要求的相关规定进行保存。当您的个人信息超出我们所保存的期限后，我们会对您的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理。

（3）当您成功申请注销捷停车账户后，我们将对您的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理。

（4）如果我们终止服务或运营，我们会至少提前三十日向您通知，并在终止服务或运营后对您的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理。

10. 您的理解与配合

1. 捷停车非常重视您对个人信息的关注，并尽全力保护您对于个人信息访问、更正、删除以及撤回同意的权利，以使您拥有充分的能力保障您的隐私和安全；在您访问、修改和删除相关信息时，我们可能会要求您进行身份验证，以保障账号的安全。若需更正个人信息，有以下几个路径：

2. 您可以通过删除信息、关闭设备功能，来改变您授权我们继续收集个人信息的范围或撤回您的授权。您也可以通过注销账户的方式，撤回我们继续收集您个人信息的全部授权。

3. 注销账户，有以下几个注销路径：

(1) 微信公众号和支付宝生活号：菜单栏个人中心-设置-注销账号；

(2) 微信小程序和支付宝小程序：首页我的-设置-注销账号；

(3) 捷停车app：首页-我的-右上角设置-注销账号。

（七）未成年人信息保护

1. 我们的产品/服务仅面向具年满18周岁的自然人。如果没有父母/监护人的同意，未成年人不得创建自己的用户账户。

2. 对于经父母/监护人同意而收集未成年人个人信息的情况，我们只会在收到法律允许、父母/监护人明确同意或者保护未成年人所必要的情况下使用或公开披露此信息。

3. 如果我们发现自己在未事先获得可证实的父母/监护人同意的情况下收集了儿童的个人信息，则会设法尽快删除相关数据。

（八）通知和修订

《捷停车隐私政策》的变更，我们可能适时修订本政策的内容，并将在变更生效前，通过页面提示、短信、网站公告方式提示和通知您。

(I) Services available to all types of users of JParking

1. Non-registered users

(1) Smart parking under JParking (i.e. automatically identify vehicle, calculate parking fees, automatically release of vehicle after settlement at entrance and exit through the supporting device and systems of JParking);

(2) Payment via offline scanning of QR code and electronic payment services by entering license plate number via H5/APP;

(3) Checking/ search for nearby parking lots;

(4) Reverse car-finding service (such as support from our cooperative parking lots);

(5) Inquiry, search and charging station inquiry in the owner's mall (subject to the actual service);

(6) Services provided by third-party operators within the JParking platform, such as refueling, car washing, and charging piles (subject to actual service);

(7) Parking service transaction information (including payment order information);

(8) Location information (Optional. If you do not provide such information, the nearest parking lot corresponding to the current location will not be displayed.)

2. Users who have registered but not bound their license plates

In addition to the main services corresponding to non-registered users, we also provide:

(1) Personal information setting/ modification/ clearing service;

(2) Default message push service (if you want to disable such service, please go to Personal Center- My Vehicle- and set the message at the three dots in the upper right corner);

(3) Car washing services provided by the third-party operator in JParking platform (subject to actual service);

(4) Inquiry of bills for the past 3 months (some information is visible, such as name of parking lot, subject to semi-desensitization);

(5) Product purchase in the owner’s mall and redemption service in the points mall (subject to actual services).

(6) Some benefits attributable to membership and points service of JParking (subject to actual benefits);

3. Users who have registered and bound the license plates (users who do not follow us nor authenticated)

In addition to the main services corresponding to the above two types of users, we also provide:

(1) Service not requiring to enter the license plate number again for subsequent payment;

(2) Password-free payment service (that is, vehicles with bound license plates can travel freely at the entrances and exits in our cooperative parking lots, and password-free payment is preferred automatically when leaving);

(3) Long-term rental of parking space (monthly card, rental space);

(4) Online electronic invoicing service (subject to actual service of the cooperative vehicle depots).

4. Users who have registered and bound the license plates (users who have followed us but not authenticated)

In addition to the main services corresponding to the above three types of users, the users who have bound the license plate of the vehicle, and followed and logged in to WeChat official account/ WeChat mini program/ Alipay Life Account/ Alipay mini program/ APP platform are also entitled to:

(1) Parking service information and message reminder (including vehicle entry and exit notice, successful payment notice and other service reminder notice. In order to protect your privacy, if you have not been authenticated yet, the precise entry and exit time, and name of the parking lot in the message will be displayed in a blurred manner. 2. Information that you directly provide and that we actively collect

(1) Essential information for smart parking services: When you use JParking smart parking services (i.e. core business function), we will collect your vehicle information (such as license plate number and vehicle model), vehicle entry and exit records, name of parking lot, parking fee payment method, payment amount, and parking service transaction information. If you refuse to provide such information, you will not be able to use all services provided by JParking normally.

(2) Location information and device information: When you enable the device location function and use our location-based services (such as checking / searching nearby parking lot, reverse car-finding, and nearby parking space information service), we need to collect and process your device information (such as device information, device model, operation system and application version, device configuration, resolution, service provider network ID (PLMN), device connection information and device status information, location information, travel trajectory, and network identity identification information. In order to provide you with more convenient, high-quality and personalized products and services, and enhance your use experience, we will offer your personalized recommendations and displays of products or services, including the service logs when you visit or use JParking website or client, such as browsing records, click-view records, search query records, transactions, after-sale, following and sharing information, published information, IP address, telecommunications operators, languages used, access dates and times, vehicle license plate numbers, vehicle models, vehicle entry and exit records, parking lot names, parking fee payment methods, payment amounts, parking service transaction information, and your device information, such as device model, operating system version, device settings, MAC address, and software and hardware characteristic information such as IMEI, IDFA, OAID, IMSI, Android id device identifier, device environment, and mobile application list; information related to the location of the device (including your authorized GPS location as well as WLAN access point, Bluetooth and base station sensor information), and information generated or shared when third-party partners provide services. We will extract your preference characteristics based on the above information, and recommend to you the products, services or other information that you might be interested in. We will provide you with advertising, marketing, welfare activity push, exclusive product design and customer operation services, so as to display and push more customized information, products and services that are more suitable for you. If you do not agree with the above services, you can authorize to disable the location service or restrict collection of your location information by JParking through the device system. However, you may not be able to access to relevant additional services or certain functions. Query of the user’s parking fee, outdoor navigation, indoor navigation, and finding parking lots based on location will also call the SDK location (rough location and precise location) at a regular interval to update the services and guarantee normal operation of the business when APP switches to background operation.

(3) Log information: When you use the services of JParking (such as checking/ search of nearby parking lots, reverse car-finding), our server will automatically record your behavior log information, including the search keywords you enter, the page position you click on, the error messages, feedback and comments your post, the uploaded image information and IP address. We will analyze your user profile to provide you with the customized services that are more suitable for you based on the foregoing information and your preferences, habits and location as the characteristics, such as showing or recommending search results, information flows, or advertising/ promotion information results that are more relevant to you (rather than ordinary push notifications). If you don’t want to receive any information about the products or services that we recommend, you can disable the personalized recommendation by clicking “Smart Recommendation” in the upper left corner under “Settings- Smart Recommendation” in the JParking APP, to help you control the recommended contents and make independent decisions.

(4) Account registration and login: When you register and log in through the one-click login function, given our cooperation with the communication operator, we will collect your [mobile phone number and mobile operator information] to provide you with quick login service. On the WeChat or Alipay platforms, if you do not register a JParking account, it will not affect your use of the core business functions of JParking, but may affect your use of additional business functions (please especially note that due to platform requirements, payment via APP require registration of JParking account). You are required to complete the personal information in “My Information” on the Settings page, including nickname, mobile phone number, gender, birthday and region. When you register and log in, JParking will collect your mobile phone number as your unique identifier on JParking platform. You could take the initiative to complete the information about nickname, gender, birthday and region so as to provide you with more convenient, high-quality and personalized products and services, and enhance your user experience.

(5) User authentication: When you authenticate vehicle at JParking, you are expected to upload your own vehicle registration certificate and ID card for vehicle information confirmation. The vehicle registration certificate and ID card serve as the unique identification for JParking to identify your license plate. Authentication of vehicle can further protect your vehicle information, and prevent others from binding your vehicle. You can view the complete parking lot name, and enable the “Privacy Protection” function to customize hiding of your parking information.

(6) Camera/ webcam based services: You can enable the camera/ webcam authority and then use such function to pay parking fees, authenticate license plate, participate in activities and claim discounts, give feedback on user’s experience and share the parking lot related information by scanning QR code. Please note that even though you have enabled the camera/ webcam authority, we will only obtain the information when you actively take pictures, records or scan QR code to acquire information via camera/ webcam.

(7) Additional services for accessing and uploading pictures/ videos based on the album (picture library/ video library): You can enable the album authority and then use such function to upload your photos/ pictures/ videos, to change avatars, post comments/ share or communicate with the customer service staff to provide proof. We may identify your vehicle information (such as frame number and license plate number) and the products or services you need to pay for through the photos/ images you upload.

(8) Call-based services: You can contact the customer service team of JParking through the “Customer Service Phone” function of the mobile client to express your comments or raise complaints.

(9) Business based on “My Vehicle” and “My Order”: While users inquire through message service or order of JParking, JParking will desensitize the parking lot name information and license plate number in the information. If the users need to view the complete information, combination of parking lot name, order, and message push will form a rough activity trajectory of the user, posing a risk of privacy leakage. Therefore, it is required that the users should authenticate their identity while viewing the complete information. JParking will not retain the engine number, frame number, owner’s name, brand and model of the vehicle provided by the user, and only determines the relationship between the user and the vehicle while inquiring the violation records before the vehicle management office after current collection. JParking will collect your order information to provide you with personalized products and services, and enhance your user experience.

(10) Business based on electronic invoice: Collection of enterprise name, tax number, bank name and account number, telephone, address, as well as the email address and mobile phone number of the invoice recipient is to facilitate more convenient issuance of invoices, ensure that the vehicle owner can accurately and promptly receive the invoicing information, and make it convenient for the vehicle owner to call it up for next invoicing. Shunyitong does not force the vehicle owner to provide such information. If absent, they can fill in the invoicing information every time when they issue the invoice. It is up to the consumers, and there is no illegal collection of enterprise information. Regarding historical invoicing, when the owner applies for invoicing on the platform of Shunyitong, they have the right to know. Which invoices have been issued and which one not been issued are all saved based on the invoicing orders of Shunyitong, making it convenient for the owners to check at any time. Shunyitong does not obtain the invoicing information of the owners from other platforms.

(11) Service based on parking space sharing: Collection of name, mobile phone number, ID card, parking space ownership certificate/ purchase voucher of the property owner of the parking space, is to determine whether the parking space is owned by the property owner. Collection of ID card information and ID card photo is to determine whether the personal information is valid and true. Collection of bank card and account information is to share the revenue from parking space in the clearing and settlement system of Shunyitong.

(12) Other information: You might provide other information in addition to the registration information while communicating with our customer service staff in case of customer’s complaint feedback or participation in our activities, such as customer service and after-sale service. In case of customer’s complaint feedback, in order to guarantee security of your account, and verify authenticity of the information you provide, we will ask you to provide the account information, license plate number, and name of the parking lot where customer’s complaint takes place to verify your identity. When you participate in our activities, you might need to provide some personal information. It is not required to provide the foregoing information if you do not participate in the relevant operational activities.

(13) With respect to the above information that you directly provide and we actively collect, we are authorized to know, access, verify and process your personal information from and with including but not limited to third-party payment/ credit reporting/ financial institutions or telecommunication operators and their agents, affiliated companies and the Identity Information Query Center of the Ministry of Public Security, such as internet logs, location data, communication data, mobile terminal device data, payment data, and other information that cannot identify your personal identity features, such as gender and interest, to analyze your behavior preferences, habits and other characteristics.

3. Information we indirectly collect when you use third-party services

(1) We might obtain information that you generate or share when using the services of the third-party partners. For example, when you log in to the third-party partner service (e.g. checking traffic violations, car washing and maintenance, or checking overdue fees) using JParking account, we will obtain the name of the third-party partner services and your login time to facilitate your authorization management.

(2) We might obtain the account information (profile picture, nickname and account number) that you have authorized to share from a third party, and bind or associate your third-party account with your JParking account after you agree to the Policy, so that you could directly log in and use our products or services through your third-party account. Subject to the appropriate laws and regulations, we will use your personal information only after confirming the legality of the personal information source according to the agreement with the third party.

4. How do we use your personal information

(1) Product development and service optimization. We might associate your personal information obtained for the purpose of providing personalized contents and improving service quality with the information collected from your various devices, so that we can provide your with consistent services on these devices.

(2) Functions necessary to guarantee transaction security. To enhance the security of our product or service system, and prevent phishing website fraud and protect account security, we may determine the risks of your account by knowing and analyzing your browsing information, order information and software information you commonly use, and device information, and might record some links (“URL”) that we consider risky to investigate the possible risks.

(3) Data analysis and commercialization. By collecting your historical dynamic information, and analyzing data in the user’s database, we might recommend advertisements and news that you might be interested in. If you are not interested, you can disable recommendation through settings.

(4) Evaluation and improvement of the effectiveness of our advertising placements and other promotional and marketing activities. We might collect your feedback on advertising and other promotional and marketing activities, and help us to re-examine, evaluate and improve advertising placements, and other promotional and marketing activities based on your feedback.

(5) Software management. For example, we will initiate software certification and software upgrades.

(6) We will invite you to participate in survey about our services. We might collect your feedback on advertising and other promotional and marketing activities, and help us to re-examine, evaluate and improve advertising placements, and other promotional and marketing activities based on your feedback.

(7) Data analysis and research. In order to provide you with better customized services, we will work with affiliated companies, partners and other third parties to process your personal information through technical measures or other necessary measures, such as desensitization, de-identification and anonymization according to the applicable laws. Besides, the processed data will be used with the third-party institutions (including but not limited to Jiaya Information Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. or other capable algorithm service providers, etc.) for user tag completion, data analysis and research, data modeling, algorithm research and training, as well as relevant commercial applications, to provide product or service supports for commercial decisions.

5. Specific use rules

(1) We will properly use the personal information collected in accordance with the provision of this Privacy Policy, and for achieving the functions of our products or services.

(2) After collecting your personal information, especially sensitive personal information, we will adopt encryption security measures to protect it or use technical means to de-identify the information. The de-identified information will not be able to identify the subject. You are expected to understand and agree that in this case, we reserve the right to use the de-identified information. Without disclosure of your personal information, we reserve the right to analyze the user’s database and use it for commercial purpose.

(3) Please note that we are continuously authorized to use all personal information that you provide while using our products or services during the period when you use our products or services unless you delete it or reject our collection of it through system setting. When you cancel your account, we will stop using your personal information, and delete /anonymize it according to the laws.

(4) We will make statistics on the usage of our products or services, and might share these statistical data with the official accounts or third parties to demonstrate the overall usage trends of our products or services. However, these statistics data does not contain any of your identification information.

(5) When we display your personal information, we will desensitize your information in such way as content replacement and anonymization to protect your information security.

(6) To provide you with a better experience, improve our services or for other purposes with your consent, we might, in accordance with the appropriate laws and regulations, use the information collected through certain services for our other services. For example, the information collected when you use our certain service is used in another service to display personalized content or advertisement to you, or for user research analysis and statistical services.

(7) To ensure service security, and help us to better understand the operation of the system, we might record the relevant information, such as the frequency of your system usage, fault information, overall usage, performance data and source of the system. We will not combine the information we store in the analysis software with the personal identity information you provide in the system.

(8) When we need to use your personal information for purposes not stated in this Privacy Policy, or when the information collected for specific purpose is used for other purposes, we will seek your explicit content.

6. Exceptions to obtain authorization and consent

You are fully aware that in any of the following circumstances, we may collect and use personal information without your authorization and consent:

(1) The information is directly related to national security or national defense security;

(2) The information is directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;

(3) The information is directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and the enforcement of judgment;

(4) Collection and use of personal information is necessary for safeguarding the major legitimate rights and interests in the life and properties of the personal information subject or other individuals, but it is difficult to obtain consent from the individual concerned;

(5) The personal information collected is voluntarily disclosed to the public by the personal information subject;

(6) Personal information is collected from the legally disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports and government information disclosure channels;

(7) Collection and use of personal information is necessary for entering into and performing a contract as requested by the personal information subject;

(8) Collection and use of personal information is necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the supplied products or services, such as discovering and handling faults in the products or services;

(9) Collection and use of personal information is necessary for legitimate news reporting;

(10) Collection and use of personal information is necessary for the academic research institutions to conduct statistical analysis or academic research in public interest, and de-identifying the personal information contained in the results while the academic research or description results are available to the public;

(11) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

(III) How do we use Cookie and similar technologies

1. Use of Cookies

(1) To meet your personalized online experience needs, and enable you to enjoy a more relaxed access experience, we will send one or more small data files named Cookies to your computer or mobile device. The Cookies assigned to you are the unique, and can only be read by the Web server in the domain to which the Cookies are issued to you. We send you Cookies to simplify the process of your repeated logins, store your shopping preferences or product data in your shopping cart to provide you with shopping preference settings, help you optimize your selection and interaction with advertisements, help to determine your login status and ensure account or data security.

(2) We will not use Cookies for any purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy. You can manage or delete Cookies according to your own preferences. You can clear all the Cookies saved on your computer. Most web browsers will automatically accept Cookies, but you can usually modify the browser settings according to your own needs to reject Cookies. In addition, you can also clear all Cookies saved in the software. However, if you do so, you may need to personally change the user settings every time you visit JParking website. Furthermore, all the corresponding information you previously recorded will be deleted, and it might also have a certain impact on the security of the services you are using.

(3) We may share your personal information with our affiliates. To facilitate us to provide you with services based on the affiliated accounts, recommend the information that you are interested in, or protect the personal and property safety of the affiliates or other users or the public from being infringed, we might share your personal information with our affiliates. We will only share the necessary personal information. If we change the purpose of using and processing your personal information, we will seek your authorization and consent. We will sign strict confidentiality agreements with companies, organizations and individuals we share the personal information with, and require them to process the personal information in accordance with our instructions, this Privacy Policy and other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

(4) If you participate in the marketing and promotion activities organized by a third party or jointly organized by JParking and a third party through the JParking platform, JParking needs to share your name, mobile phone number, delivery address, bank card number or other necessary information with the third party, to facilitate the third party’s statistics on your participation and award-winning, bind the coupons you obtain, distribute the benefits, and mail the prizes you win.

(5) We will cooperate with the third-party parking lots. As long as we are aware of your outstanding payment information, we might remind you to make up the payment to avoid unnecessary disputes for you.

(6) Sharing with our affiliated companies and authorized partners: The products and services we provide to you are jointly provided by our affiliated companies and authorized partners or jointly provided by us and our affiliated companies and authorized partners. Meanwhile, your personal information may be shared with our affiliated companies and authorized partners (for example, our current authorized partner is Jiaya Information Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.). We will only share the necessary personal information, and are bound by the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. If an affiliate intends to change the purpose of processing personal information, we will again seek your authorization and consent.

(7) Sharing with authorized partners of JParking: We have integrated the SDK and services of the relevant partners, and will share your some personal information with the partners to provide better customer services and user experience. We will only share your personal information for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and definite purposes, and only share personal information necessary for providing services. Our partners have no right to use the shared personal information for other purposes unrelated to the products or services. Our current partners include the following types:

A. Suppliers of technical services. We may share your personal information with the third parties that support the functions of the products/ services. Such support includes providing use with the basic technical services, payment service, and data processing. For example, we need to share your payment amount with the third-party payment institutions to enable them to confirm payment instructions and complete payments. Third-party suppliers can only access to the information necessary for them to perform their functions. We will clearly define the scope and purpose of their access and use of the personal information through the relevant cooperation agreements, and prohibit their use for other purposes.

B. Service platforms or service providers. JParking has integrated a rich array of third-party services. When you choose to use this third-party service, you authorize us to provide your personal information to the third-party service platform or service provider, so as to provide you with the services based on the relevant information. The third-party service provider can only access the information necessary for providing relevant services. We will clearly define the scope and purpose of their access and use of the personal information through the relevant cooperation agreements, and prohibit their use for other purposes.

C. Advertising service partners. Without your permission, we will not share your personal identity information (referring to information that can identify your identity, such as name or mobile phone number) with the partners providing advertisements. We will provide our advertising partners with the information about the reach and effectiveness of their advertisements, but not your personal information, or we anonymize such information so that it will not identify your identity. Such partners may combine the above information with other data they have legally obtained to make advertisements or decision-making suggestions.

D. Payment. We will share the network status and mobile phone status with our payment partners including Alipay, WeChat, UnionPay, Agricultural Bank of China and China Construction Bank, to ensure normal operation of the payment function.

E. Gaode Map provides map positioning, and parking lot location mark. POI point search service related to location is used to search the nearby parking lots.

F. GeTui, Xiaomi, Huwei Message Service, and Message Push provide the users with message notification and push.

G. Umeng provides user data, and statistical behaviors related to event click trigger.

H. We will, in the cooperation agreements and the confidentiality agreements signed with any third parties with whom we share the personal information, clearly stipulate that they shall take corresponding security management measures and technical measures in accordance with our privacy policy, data security management requirements, industry-related security standards, and relevant national laws and regulations, to ensure the security of the personal information. At the same time, we will clearly define the purpose and scope of the third party’s use of the personal information, and strictly prohibit them from using personal information beyond the scope necessary for business operation, provision of related services or the scope explicitly authorized by you.

(8) We might use the collected information for big data analysis. For example, we will use the collected information for analysis to form city heat map or industry insight report that does not contain any personal information. We may publicly disclose and share with our partners information that has been statistically processed and dots not contain identification content, so as to know how the users use our services or to inform the public of the overall usage trends of our services.

(9) To ensure realization of related functions of JParking, and safe and stable operation of the applications, we might integrate software development kits (SDK), application programming interfaces (API), and application plug-in codes provided by our partners, or adopt other cooperative methods to achieve the relevant purposes.

(10) We will strictly monitor security of the codes of the partners obtaining the information, in order to protect data security.

(11) We list the relevant partners in the directory. Specific handling of the partners is set out in the privacy policy or service agreement of the partner.

(12) Please note that the codes of the partner may have certain changes in data processing types due to version upgrades or policy adjustment. Please refer to the official notification.

(13) This catalogue is applicable to JParking. Any separate purposes for application will be stated in the following lists.

2. Transfer: We will not transfer your personal information to any companies, organizations and individuals, except that:

(1) We have obtained your prior express consent or authorization;

(2) In case of merger, acquisition, asset transfer or similar transactions, if personal information is transferred, we will require the new companies or organizations in possession of your personal information to continue being bound by this Privacy Policy. Otherwise, we will require such companies and organizations to seek your authorization and consent again.

3. Public disclosure: If you engage in activities that violate the laws and regulations, service agreements, privacy policy or relevant rules of the platform through JParking platform, we will, in accordance with the appropriate laws and regulations, make public disclosure of your personal information without your authorization and consent in any of the following circumstances:

(1) The information is related to the national security or national defense security;

(2) The information is related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;

(3) The information is related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and the enforcement of judgment;

(4) Public disclosure of personal information is necessary for safeguarding the major legitimate rights and interests in your or others' life and properties, but it is difficult to obtain consent from the individual concerned;

(5) The information is personal information that you have disclosed to the public;

(6) Personal information is collected from the legally disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports and government information disclosure channels.

(7) In accordance with the laws and regulations, if the de-identified personal information is shared and transferred, and the data recipient cannot restore and re-identify the personal information subject, there is no need to notify you separately or obtain your consent for storage and processing of such data.

1. We will adopt security and protection measures in line with the industry standards, including establishing reasonable system norms and security technologies to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or modification, to avoid data damage or loss.

2. JParking network service adopts transport lawyer security protocol encryption technology and provides browsing service via https, to protect security of the user data in the transmission process. JParking uses encryption technology to encrypt and store the user’s personal information and isolates it through isolation technology. While using the personal information, such as personal information display and personal information association calculation, we will adopt a number of data desensitization techniques including content replacement and SHA256 to enhance the security of personal information in the course of use.

3. JParking adopts strict data access control, multi-identity authentication, data classification and grading technology, and standardized data security to develop and protect personal information, and prevent data from being used in violation of regulations.

4. JParking will also adopt automatic code security inspection and data access log analysis technologies to audit security of personal information.

5. Other security measures adopted by JParking to protect the personal information: JParking manages and regulates storage and use of the personal information by establishing data classification and grading system, data security management norms, and data security development norms. JParking exercises comprehensive security control against data through the information access confidentiality agreement, monitoring and audit mechanism.

6. We will also hold training courses regarding security and privacy protection to enhance the employee’s awareness of the importance of protecting personal information. We only allow employees and partners of JParking and its affiliates to access to personal information on the need-to-know basis, and have set up strict access control and monitoring mechanism to this regard. At the same time, we also require all personnel who may have access to your personal information to fulfill the corresponding confidentiality obligations. Failure to fulfill such obligations might lead to legal liability or suspension of cooperation with JParking. We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to ensure that no irrelevant personal information is collected. We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise required by extension of the retention period or by laws.

7. Handling of security incidents: We will do our best to protect the security of any information you sent to us. To prevent occurrence of security accidents, we have formulated proper early warning mechanism and emergency response plan, to explicitly define classification and grading standards for security incidents and security vulnerabilities, as well as corresponding handling procedures.

8. JParking has also established a dedicated emergency response team for security incidents. In case of unfortunate personal information security incidents, we will promptly inform you of the general information and possible influence of the security incident, actions that have been or will be taken by us, suggestions for you to independently prevent and reduce risks, and your remedies. We will immediately initiate the emergency plans, to strive to minimize the losses. We will promptly inform you of the relevant events by phone or push notification. If it is difficult to inform each user individually, we will release an announcement in a reasonable and effective manner. We will also take the initiative to report handling of the personal information security incident and work closely with the government agencies according to the requirements of the regulatory authorities.

9. Preservation of personal information

(1) Your personal information will be stored in the territory of the People’s Republic of China. If in the future, for the purpose of handling cross-border business, it is necessary to transfer the relevant personal information collected in China to the overseas institutions, we will obtain your prior consent, and require the overseas institutions to keep the obtained personnel information confidential.

(2) When you use our products or services, your personal information will be stored during the period required for achieving the purpose described in this Policy, and will be also retained in accordance with the relevant provisions of the laws and regulations that have mandatory retention period requirements. When your personal information is beyond our retention period, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.

(3) After you successfully apply to cancel your JParking account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.

(4) If we terminate services or operation, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance, and delete or anonymize your personal information after termination of the service or operation.

10. Your understanding and cooperation

(1) We attach great importance to the security of personal information, and take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information. However, please note that it is impossible to guarantee 100% information security in the Internet industry all the time due to technical limitations and possible malicious means. You need to be aware that the system and communication network you use to access our services may encounter problems due to factors beyond your control.

(2) Please properly protect your personal information, and only provide it to others when necessary. If you have any questions regarding our protection of personal information, you can contact us through the contact information provided at the bottom of this Policy. If you find that your personal information is disclosed, especially your account and password, please immediately contact us through the contact information provided in the Section“How to Contact Us” at the bottom of this Policy, so that we can take appropriate measures.

(VI) How do you manage your personal information

1. JParking attaches great importance to your concern about personal information, and does its best to protect your rights to access, correct, delete and withdraw consent to the personal information, so that you have full ability to protect your privacy and security. When you access, modify or delete the relevant information, we might require you to verify your identity, to ensure security of the account. If required, personal information will be corrected in the following ways:

2. Reproduction and transfer of your personal information

(2) If you need to transfer the personal information that we have collected and stored, we will provide you with the transfer path in accordance with the laws and regulations.

(VII) Protection of minor’s information

1. Our products/ services are only available to the natural persons who are at least 18 years old. Minors are not allowed to create their own user accounts without consent of their parents / guardians.

2. For the personal information of minors that we collect with consent of their parents/ guardians, we will only use or disclose such information to the extent permitted by laws, explicitly agreed by the parents/ guardians or when it is necessary to protect the minors.
